The Yearlong Spiral Program is at the heart of our work at the Chemo Recovery Circle
Twice a year —in spring and in autumn—we begin a yearlong cohort-based journey into community recovery.
In this comprehensive online program, you will engage the processes of the spiral together through the Circle platform. We have ongoing group-wide conversations for sharing and support throughout the entire year.
The program operates on a rhythm: three weeks on, then one week off for catch up, assimilation, and breath.
During on weeks:
Program participants engage in a weekly hour-long live session with Hannah Kate, who will share resources, practices, and conversation topics. There will be writing prompts, creative expression ideas, meditations, sound healing explorations, work with color and more. This session meets on Mondays at 1pm EST, always with a recording available anytime.
Additionally, you have the opportunity to participate in a Thursday lunch Q&A @ 12pm EST based on questions that are sent over to Hannah Kate the week prior.
Exclusive access to conversation spaces for program participants for community sharing, questions, and support.
During off weeks:
There will be no new content from Hannah Kate, but conversation spaces for small and large groups are open.
Additional Perks:
Quarterly Saturday Deep Dive workshops ($197 each for non-program members) are included in this program price, and program participants should plan to attend at least two.
A bonus year (two total) of access to CRC Member conversation space
Join us this spring or autumn as we dive into a truly collaborative recovery experience
Program Fee:
